My return package is stuck in customs since Feb 18, 2021

Can you help? I returned a package to company in China and tracking reflects that it has been stuck in GUANGZHOU, CHINA customs since Feb 18, 2021. My tracking number is:
CH121807458US

Hi frankancens1993,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.

Hello, I sent a package through USPS to China back in November of 2021. It has made its way to China, however has been stuck in customs since December 9th, 2021.
