Need help. Wonder what have happened to my package

Hi daisy! There has been no update for my parcel Songe 8march and different websites tells me its either om the way, or stuck in china. 17track tells me its still in transit in china, bit its been like that for 15* days. This is not normal is it? Maybe you have any better information or if you know its not updated but on the way? EB716165341CN

It's still stuck in Shanghai now. There should be update showing it arrives in Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station in the next step. You'd better wait for another 10 days to see if there is update for it.
