I never received the item (planter) that said it was delivered. I filled a dispute with Pay Pal regarding the item not being delivered. I need verification of shipment and a intranet document.

I never received my package and it says it was delivered. I ordered over a month ago ! Please help. It's for my son's birthday THIS FRIDAY :( Doesn't say it was delivered to my address... says just the city. Maybe they didn't deliver to the correct address. Can someone please look into this and help me.
