never receive my deliveries

I ordered two different items two different times that were shipped through china post and two times when I tracked it said it was delivered but I never received them.

Hi disney1908,

If you don't get them, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy them to get refund in time.

I have an EMS package destined to Poland which has been on a "Beijing, delivered to air transport" satus since March 15th. I assume the reason behind me having to wait this much time is due to the coronavirus outbreak, so I would just like to ask, how does the current state of deliveries from China to Europe look like? I need to know where my orders are, my boss is getting upset with me cause their not here yet. When I order it sent 3 - 5 days for shipping it's been 19 days. They were ordered back in September.
