I have two deliveries that have not moved from Shanghai
LO931091329CN - Left Zhengzhou between 19th-24th March. Has been in Shanghai since 11th April 2020. (originally ordered on 11th March)
LO929617774CN -Left ZHENZHOU 24th March. Has been in Shanghai since 16th April.
Why are my deliveries not moving and when will they reach Australia,

LO931091329CN is still stuck in China now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update.
LO929617774CN was delivered to air transport on April 21 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations.
