My item shows it was delivered about a month ago, but I never received my package
can I please get some help, the value of the item is $433.91
If the package was dropped of at the wrong home please help me located where it was dropped off, the reason why it took me so long to try to reach you its because I was handling the dispute with the seller and that took about 3 weeks

We could only see it was delivered to SAN MARCOS, CA, USon July 13. If you don't receive it, you need to require the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller couldn't give you a reply, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
