no movement on 2 packages since July 10

Daisy, I do not understand, first you say they were delivered by "airline" then you say they are still in China, next I have to wait 30-60 days to have update showing they arrive in the USA after delivered by airline.
Where is are my packages?
Is there a number I can call to speak to someone please?

Hi monica,

Delivered by "airline" means China Post has given the parcel to airline company. It does mean the parcel has been on plane. It takes another 7-30 days to be checked and scanned then leave China. You'd better wait for more days to get update. There will be no update for it untill it arrives in your country. China post service number is 86 10 11183. But only Chinese language is available now.
