No parcel updates (EV989275578CN)

Hi! It has come to my attention that a lot of people have been experiencing lack of updates. My parcel shipped on August 4th and the last update was on Aug 12th saying the flight arrived at Port. I would love to get some kind of new info to make sure my package is alright.

Hi Rose,

It's delayed in the middle location now. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in the US. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

My parcel tracking #EB836217125CN has not had any updates since march 17th which was “has been sent to the carrier for transportation” and on every other parcel I have shipped with ems-60 I usually get the “airlines reception” update around 12 hours or less later, and that is not the case this time at all I have had zero updates nothing since the 17th and I would like to know what’s happened I’m just really confused if my package is lost or what.
