No update for weeks after arrived at destination port

Hi I ordered something on ebay that was, meant to arrive between the 2nd and 20th of January 2025 but ever since December 26th I haven't received an tracking update, the last one I got was that it arrived at destination port. My tracking number is RG028125487CN
