Parcel stuck in transit?

Could I please get an update on my parcel tracking number: EA570935763CN. It has been "arrived at destination/waypoint/arrived in port" since 24th May 2022. Its arrival destination to me is the UK. All help is greatly appreciated, as it has been over 60 days since shipment on express postage. My concern is that it is stuck somewhere maybe? Maybe customs?

It should be stuck at the customs now. I sugget you wait for another 15 days to see. If it's still stuck there, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.
This wasn't an item I purchased, this is some very important documents and sample item sent from a colleague, it's not something I can re-order. They say that they cannot do anything from their end looking at Chinapost EMS where they shipped. Parcelforce UK don't know where the parcel is, and I'm worried it's lost. Is there no way to provide the item location please?
