No update since Airline Departure

hi my item with tracking number EB725633011CN has the latest update "Airline Departure" since last August 15; it is already August 26 now and the airline has not landed yet to the destination?

Hi ceasar,

Airline Departure doesn't mean it has been on the flight. It needs to wait for the flight and then leave. After "Airline Departure", there will be update untill it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.

I have another item which was mailed on August 20 and just now the status is “airline is on the air”.. how come the later package departed first before my Augus 10 package????
