To Whom It May Concern,
My parcel LR478401339NL is missing info after the milestone "deliver to carrier". Could you kindly identify who is the carrier right now, where is the parcel and the estimated arrival date? Thank you.

Hi Terry,

It will be delivered by China Post in China. It's still in transit and hasn't been arrived in China. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
