The seller has told me that my package is already in Australia, but it has been over 2 weeks since I have had any update on where my parcel currently is. Could you please help me see if the package is actually here in Australia?

Hi YY,

It's still not arrived in Australia. It's at some other point along the way. You'd better wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.
