Non delivery of package

According to china post tracking my order AS750491719CN shows as being physically delivered on the 19th of April at 5.29 am nothing was delivered why is this?

Hi George Paterson,

According to the tracking information, AS750491719CN was delivered on April 19. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
