I have an item delivered to the wrong address. I’d like to know what company has delivered the item in Australia?

Hi Daniel,

If yit's delivered to the wrong address, you need to contact the seller to check it for you. If he doesn't reply, it may be a scam. We have found many sellers use china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. You need to call your bank and report fraud to get refund asap.

Hi, my trucking number LW252386979CN. According to the tracking system, my package was returned to the sender on August 25, 2022 at 8:23 am in LUBBOCK, TX 79408 because of an incomplete address. I ordered a package and put down the correct delivery address. In an email receipt the address was correct. It was delivered to the wrong address. I can’t contact the original seller or China Post because I only speak english. Hopefully you have the resources to find more insight about this event.
