Our package was delivered on 10/19/22 but miles from our home and to a location where we can’t access. Is there no way to have the courier contact us to assure they have the correct address. Our address is correct on all the forms and information. How can we prevent this from happening to way too many people here and have accountability? Thank you!

Hi, I placed this order from a seller via DHgate & it should have been delivered to my address 31 Archer Drive, Cheswick Green, Solihull, B90 4LG, UK, however it was delivered on 11th June via Royal Mail to a wrong address in UK, the seller has closed his store more than 2 weeks ago & I can not contact him by any means, I appreciate if you can help, at least I want to know if he has given you my address & accordingly it is the fault of Royal mail to deliver the parcel to a wrong address, or the seller gave you a wrong address & in that case, I can get refunded by DHgate. LY865093825CN I ordered a package and put down the correct delivery address. In an email receipt the address was correct. It was delivered to the wrong address. I can’t contact the original seller or China Post because I only speak english. Hopefully you have the resources to find more insight about this event.
