Stuck at Shanghai, leaving the International Mail Processing Center, the next stop ,Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station since March 16th. What does it means?

I am trying to get information on a package that has no movement since 3/23/2020, destination is US, TN . The tracking is LS272446654CN. Anyone know how long until the package is considered lost? I need this package.

It was delivered to air transport on March 23 and takes about 7-15 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
