Ordered a package and it’s been in transit for 44 days. China to Texas/USA. Last info was “plane landed” on March 16th.

Is my package lost or what happened?

Hello, I'm wondering where my package is because the last time it was updated was on the 19th and the latest update was "plane has landed" before that, it showed "airline departure" but then on March 16 it again showed "plane has landed" I would like to know why it'd say that it landed but not mentioning anything about Canada Post?

Hello,
My package has been stuck on "Plane has landed" since March 19. This is around 3 weeks now. There has been no update since then. Would you be able to tell me if its stuck somewhere or who I could contact to see about its status? I'm concerned it has gone missing as it should not take this long.
