Probably no surprise that I have not received and order dated on August 16 and has been stuck in transit since September 5. Seems like this shipping company has a bad reputation.

Hi Diverdan523,

It has been stuck in the US since September 5. It's not normal that it's still not delivered. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible.
