It was delivered to air transport on May 17 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it untill July 31, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

I placed a Wish order on April 6th. The delivery status bar kept rising, but the order status was still at "Arrive at Departure Transit Hub, None" (update from April 30th). I thought that the status bar was right and that the order status ceased to update, but unfortunately it is the other way around. The arrival date got extended to June 26th.
