Order stuck at secondary

Did tracking number uj473897939cn ar it has been at locations in San Francisco for about a month , can you tell me why it hasn’t moved, it says United States to us secondary processing center since June 28th

Hi George,

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since June 28. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within ten days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
