Order was returned even though i have not moved

My order was returned because it says the addeesse has moved & i have not. I have lived here for over 2 years and nobody even attempted to deliver my package as i was here all day and received mail without an issue.

You need to reflect the problem to the seller and let the seller open a case in China to check it for you in time.
