RV943091462CN, I Ordered in June 2019 and now it says in transit for 66 days, it was 45 days. I would like to know what is happening and when am I going to receive my package. PLEASE HELP ME

Where is my package? I have tried to contact someone with no luck many people actually. I ordered my package July 3rd. The last thing it shows ANYWHERE is that is preparing shipment on 7/7/19.
