Orders still haven’t arrived

I have 2 orders that say it’s still in transit with China post and also saying it’s in the United Kingdom and nobody is giving me a straight answer. Order numbers AQ827546105CN and AQ829430961CN.

They are in UK now. You'd better wait for more days to receive them.

orders stuck at "depart from departure transit hub" :/ (1 reply)

i place both orders on the 15th of April and still haven't received my items.
both orders (WI000333539958FPL and WI000333586207FPL) have been stuck at depart from departure transit hub.
that was back in may, the 10th to be exact.
i haven't received additional updates on both of my packages since.
if someone can please help me and tell me where the fuck my packages are, that would be very appreciated.
