Origin Post is preparing shipment... for 4 months now?

Not sure what's going on here. USPS says "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" since January 31st. Using 17track and parcelsapp says Transportation, United States on February 26th. No updates since then. It's been over 4 months now.

You'd better contact USPS to check it for you. It's in the US now.

I did in May and again about 2 weeks ago, and they told me it wasn't in the country both times. I called US customs and Chicago O'Hare airport mail center and no one would tell me anything.

In this case, it may be lost. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.

Hi,
I am expecting a parcel from China EMS to US and the status didn't update for about two months now. It's always "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment". But the sender agency said the flight has arrived at LAX and provided a flight number.
My tracking is :EV003895895CN
I paid about $200 shipping cost and didn't understand why I am put going through this if it's indeed express international shipping.
