Hello my son package has been at Zhengzhou Terminal since April 16, 2020. Can I get an update when it going to leave there? I'm starting to believe that it has been lost?

It should have left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
