my package tracking number As416971361CN states as of 8/8/20 Us has been properly cast ... dont understand what that means and just wondering when it will ship to my residents or is there a another shipping number for another company delivering it me because it should weight about 500 pounds

Hi aimee gonzales,

It was delivered to some other place to my experience. It may be a scam. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
