Hi Derek,

It didn't' pass the check for many times. According to the latest tracking information, it will be sent to be checked again. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back to the seller, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Hi daisy, thanks for the quick reply. Yes it didn't pass through security check, but the item is not prohibited and is safe for customs. Understand that usually shipping companies pack many packages to one country in a single big bag. Could it be because there was an item in the bag that was prohibited, and the entire bag was returned?

Hi, my letter (tracking number : RA614294544CN ) was posted on the 17th of December. It left Beijing on the 19th of December and arrived in Zhengzhou on the 21st. On the 5th of January if left Zhengzhou but then went back to Beijing.
Today on the 11th of January it has updated that it’s back in Zhengzhou and has been ‘handed over to the carrier for transportation’ which is the same stage it was at the on the 21st of December.
