Hello, my tracking number is LY993635184CN. It’s been stuck at “handed over to the carrier” for almost more than two weeks. Please help me find an update on my package. Thanks

Hi Anna,

It was handed over to the carrier for transportation on March 14and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
