Hello, my package number is
CN000 723 114 ZA
It states that
Mon, June 19, 2017, 10:54 [Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou] Import each other (internal transit)

I live in Jinan. When does my package arrive?

Hi Mich,

There is no tracking information after June 19. Your package may be lost or delayed. You'd better contact China Post by calling their service number 11183 to ask what happened to it.

Package cleared China customs and is now held up in Guangzhou since March 12th. I have contacted the receiver to inquiry about it but they have not. Please let me know what I can do. Tracking # LH132053170US
