My package LN450040017CN has been stuck on "delivered to air transport" at Changsha City since 3-17-20. Please help with any information. Seller just keeps extending buyer protection.

Hi mgambino,

It's in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. You'd better contact the seller to get a solution or open a dispute before the delivery deadlineline if you couldn't receive it.
