AQ566254891CN - The tracking says "go out to delivery " since February,18 2022 but I have not received my package yet. Please let me know when I will receive my package and exactly which city, state is it currently in USA. If i need to pickup, please provide me the pickup address. Thanks.

I do however do not understand that if China Post knows that the tracking number starting with AQ is a scam, why are you showing the tracking on your page. If it is not legit, you should just say tracking not found. By accepting such parcel, you are encouraging the scammer to use your services to fool the consumer. I don't mean to point it out to you specifically, but as a company this is something you can act on if you already know about this and really care about customer service.

You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and check where to pick up for you. I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. It may be a scam. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back as soon as possible.
