hi,
tracking ID AQ113080570CN shows delivered but no package was delivered to me or to neibhours. the website i ordered is not active anymore. is this a scam to show as delivered?

Hi ramya,

It was deliverd to Walldorf，Baden-Württemberg，69190 on March 5. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Germany. Then, use the number to check with Germany Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
