Hi I am trying to find out if my parcel AG191950589CN has been handed over to another carrier in Australia and if the tracking Number has changed.
Using the current tracking number it states that the parcel has left the sorting center in Boulder Australia which is my hometown on 30 April. It is now 1 June and no tracking update or delivery. Please help as this is my daughter's birthday present and I cannot find more info on when the parcel will be delivered or if there is a new tracking number assigned in Australia

Hello, I sent a package from the U.S. to Australia at the start of the month. It was going in route but after it landed in Sydney, it diverted to China where its been for half the month. Which confuses me because it never was intended for China or another country. Just from the US to Australia. I was lucky to find the package here with China post. The system says its been sitting in Shanghai for a while now.
