My package # EMS565130856JP Has been in Chicaog customs since June 23rd and has not moved at all in 7 days. I try call and nobody answers the phone what else must i do ?

Is EMS565130856JP the right tracking number? We don't find any tracking information for it. You'd better contact your local courier to check it for you in time.
