Package goes in circles for months

Hi, my package RP714830333CN has been in Bejing since September 14 2019 and till this day it's still there. It just goes in circles being handed to airline, then to customs, returned to sorting center, back to airlines and again to sorting center. I was wondering what is problem with that package, there is no electronic inside, just plastic boxes. Can you please give me more details.

Hi BenjaminDjonko,

It couldn't pass the check for many times. It's in Hangzhou now. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution if you couldn't receive them within the promised time.
