Package has been sitting

I order was mailed out September 11, 2020. Tracking number ly443910509cn. The package just seems like it has been sitting since September 13th. I don't know if it's lost or what. Is there a way to get an update.

Hi Chante,

It's delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in this month, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
