Package hasn't moved in 12 days

Package has not moved nor been delivered in 12 days. How do I find out what the problem is? The person I purchased thru is no longer available.

Hi Kari,

You'd better wait for more days to see if you could get it. If you couldn't get it in a month, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
