Package held at Customs, Awaiting User Tax Payment

Hi,
My package EC245631912BE is held at customs awaiting user tax payment according to your tracking system (上海市 20000695, 等待用户缴税). However, I have not received any contact with a payment link. How can I move the package through customs? Let me know.
