My package has arrived in Borne at the 29th of April. No updates since the 29th. Can you give me an update regarding this package? I've checked several service points in Borne but my parcel is nowhere to be found.

If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
