Package lost?

I ordered my package on 2/20/20, seller shipped on 3/12/20. Since then it has said "Changsha City, delivered to air transport" and has been stuck like that for 18 days.... Any info/advice is welcome.

Hi MG7589,

It usually takes about 7-10 days to leave China after it was delivered to air tranport. Then takes about another 15-40 days to have update showing it arrives in the destination country. Please wait for more days to get update.
