Hello,
My package from China to Canada has been stuck on flight departure since March 18,2021 and I am very concerned it is lost, the tracking number is: LX275459524CN. I have contacted the Canadian postal service (Canada Post), and they say that the package has not entered Canada so there is nothing they can do about it. Please let me know if my package is lost. Thank you
