While the tracking states this package was delivered, it was in fact not delivered to my home. I have been speaking with the company and they state there is nothing they can do because it shows it was delivered.
This is fraud and needs to be addressed.
I never received the item I paid for.

You need to require the seller open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. The seller should provide you with the proof of delivery.
