Hi, RE: Tracking # UT138732688TH, your site says it arrived in destination country on Sept 5, but it has not been delivered yet. Can you check on this? Thanks, Robert Stern

Hi gemsbok,

It's sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. You may couldn't get update after September 5. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
