I shipped a package from France on February 10th. It was supposed to be delivered to the company Vesper Lorain on February 17th, but they haven't received it. The tracking number is: EW169785249FR.

It's waiting for the receiver to pay for the tax now. The receiver can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' to finish payment.

It was delivered on March 3. If you don't get it, try to contact the seller to check it for you. If he doesn't reply, it may be a scam. We have found many sellers use china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. You need to call your bank and report fraud to get refund asap.
