RC781902545SG Lost after Lunar New Year Holiday

|

Hello, my letter was delivered to 心巢御园后面洁丽干洗店自提点 on Jan 26, but because of Lunar New Year, the recipient had returned to her hometown. The staff of the store then brought the letter to 重庆九龙坡区心巢御园后面门店驿站 due to New Year too. According to the recipient who went to collect it, the staff at the 驿站 said that the registered letter does not exist. The staff were not willing to make the effort to find it either. I paid for it to be registered, and it wasn't even registered into the system when it was brought to a different place!? What can be done for this situation and how do I get my letter delivered into the hands of the recipient?

Hi Ara,

If the receipient doesn't pick it up from 驿站 in time. It will be returned back to the sender.
Hello, if it is returned to the sender, would it be recorded in the system? Because from what the recipient told me, the staff said that the letter did not even exist. Thank you!
In addition, how many days of leeway do they give before one must collect it? The people at the 驿站 did not notify the recipient to collect it and that the letter has been given to them. It was only when my friend went to the 干洗店 to collect it as per collection instruction, did the staff at the 干洗店 told her that the letter has been passed over to 驿站 during the lunar new year. If returned, how long will it take? Because it has been almost a month since she went to 驿站 to collect it. Thank you!
Hi Ara,

In normal, if the recipient doesn't pick it up in 10 days, it will be returned back. For package returned back, it takes a long time usually two months to be delivered.
