I'm wondering if it's been sitting there and if I wrote the address incorrectly because I wrote it in English on the box. Is it possible for me to provide the address in Chinese somewhere?

Hi, my trucking number LW252386979CN. According to the tracking system, my package was returned to the sender on August 25, 2022 at 8:23 am in LUBBOCK, TX 79408 because of an incomplete address. I do not understand why it was tried to be delivered in Texas if the delivery address in Walnut Creek, California? And why it is returned to the sender, but not sent to the correct address. I heck my order on Amazon, Delivery address is correct. Can I ask you to confirm with the seller delivery address, and to re-attempt to deliver to me (to correct address)? Thank you!
