Tracking# AQ527281705CN Indicates on your records package was delivered, 25 September 2021, but I have not received anything yet. Tried to contact business, but no answer. Please, can you advise the address shipped to, weight of package (it was to be 2 Planter Boxes AND 1 Compost Bin).

We could only see AQ527281705CN was delivered on September 25 in VANCOUVER WA 98661. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
