Package Not Received

I tracked package and says it was delivered but I have not received it. I was having it delivered to my work as I work in the shipping receiving department so I would be the one to receive it and this is not the case. Tracking is WUYOU1111245474. Please help. This package is a christmas gift. Thank you for any help you can give me.
