Good evening, I have not received the package even though the delivery tracking indicates that it has been delivered according to the carrier. Is this normal? Please reply and tell me how to contact the carrier to resolve this problem. Unless you can contact them directly? Only the seller could open a case to the courier to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it.
